Verbal orders—those that are spoken aloud in person or by telephone.

The Verbal Order System, records care related conversation between the physician and the nurse. The purpose of the system is to monitor verbal orders.
To maintain the principle of “the right patient, the right time, the right medicine at the right dose”, patient treatment is managed by verbal orders system, when the physician is out of the hospital during emergency cases, surgeries or examinations.

When it is compared to other methods, AKGUN Verbal Order is safe and easy to use. The physician (prescriber) willing to give a verbal order, simply calls the Verbal Order System’s Phone Number. The call is answered by the automatic voice respond system. The physician (prescriber) asked for entering the phone number of recipient (care personnel). The system informs the physician about “Verbal Order Application”. Upon confirmation of the physician, system connects two lines, starts recording and persists the entire conversation. The recorded conversation can be replayed in any computer at the hospital by either the administration or the another Verbal Order System users.
